We took the kids out to dinner, (always a risky move), but we have discovered a secret. They behave much better if we immediately order them a couple beers. Rootbeers that is. Cheers!
We also stopped by Cory and Ashely's place to play with their latest batch of puppies. It is the greatest thing to be able to run and play with adorable little labs, then wash their hands and go home to our furless and dog poop-free home. We always joke that it is a perfect arrangement for us to go visit. They get their fix of kids and we get the dog thing out of our system.
Sophie's new favorite activity is Ring Around the Rosie, except she has her own version of it. It goes like this, "Asses, Asses, they all fall down!!" Her rendition strangely makes a lot more sense than the original. The things they teach her at church!

I've always thought they should rent-out puppies to families. Isn't that a great idea?! Sure it wouldn't be great for the puppies, but atleast the mom and kids would be happy!

Now that you have a gerbil, don't be so confident that you won't becoming home with other little furry things. Ever heard of Pandora's Box? You could be in my (hair filled) shoes before you know it.
