for the Orthodontist, that is. This can't be good news. Jake's baby tooth is in front of the now almost all the way up permanent tooth. The dilemma: Do I blind side him and forcibly pull out the baby tooth and pray his tongue will move the permanent tooth into place, or spend the couple hundred bucks and let the dentist pull it with numbing agents, or continue with my current plan of ignoring the situation. I'm a cheapskate, but what is the cost of my son trusting me? I'm truly confounded on this one. (Please disregard the cashews stuck in his molars-I should have had him brush prior to the photo.)

Or you could just put him in hockey or boxing. Either one could take care of the errant tooth.
